The computers were handed over to the school management during a parents' general meeting attended by school administrators, parents and other stakeholders.
Kajwengye said the donation was aimed at helping bridge the digital divide and ensuring that students in rural areas have access to information and communication technology (ICT) facilities comparable to those available to learners in urban schools.
He said the location of Emmanuel High School in rural Rwemikunyu should not limit students' access to technology and opportunities that come with digital skills.
The legislator said students need practical ICT skills to prepare them for further education, employment and competition in an increasingly technology-driven economy.
Kajwengye also challenged parents to make deliberate sacrifices to educate their children, saying education remains one of the most important investments they can make in securing their children's future.
He urged parents to adjust their household spending, live within their means and prioritise school fees and other educational needs over non-essential expenditure.
The MP said an educated child is better positioned to overcome future economic challenges and contribute to the wellbeing of the family and community.
The donation is part of Kajwengye's continued support for education in Nyabushozi County, particularly Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
He said he has previously supported schools in the area with laboratory equipment and instructional materials to improve the teaching and learning of science subjects.
Receiving the computers, Emmanuel High School head teacher Rita Ainomugisha thanked Mr Kajwengye for the support, saying the equipment would improve the school's ICT programme and provide students with practical computer skills.
Ainomugisha also commended parents for their continued commitment to paying school fees and supporting the institution's academic programmes.
The handover took place as parents and school stakeholders discussed measures to improve the school's academic performance and learning environment.
The school expects the new ICT equipment to expand students' access to digital learning and strengthen their preparedness for opportunities in higher education and the wider job market.
